My dog use to hide under my desk when she was scared. Yours looks rather content

did you try to lure him out with food

It’s simple, move chair and replace chair legs with humon legs. Doggo would much appreciate.

I think he’s fine. If he doesn’t move by tonight, I’d be worried. But otherwise, he’s probably just chillin’ in a comfortable place.

He just does this - finds weird little corners to hide in and just chill. Sometimes I find him in the closet curled up behind all of my wife’s hanging dresses.

Yeah that’s what I thought would happen
I just wanted you to give him food

Haha he gets plenty of food. His regular plus what the kids drop. Maybe he hides like this just so we try to lure him out with treats.

My Lab/pit bull mix does that too. Whenever a storm hits or a front blows through, she finds a closet, or some other small, enclosed space to hide in for the day. As long as she is in her closet, she is a happy camper until the weather improves.

Yeah its been raining here for two days straight, so I think that’s mostly it. But it has been light rain - the other dog who will hide in the closet when there is heavy rain or thunder has been his normal self.
